Small Business Marketing Solutions Rates

RSC Solutions rates, just as other professionals; architects, attorneys, physicians or other service businesses, charge for contracted services only. Since we are self-employed entrepreneur and small business owners in own right, you, Our Client, DO NOT pay for any of the associated overhead expenses (insurance, vacation, taxes and training). You will have the advantage of contracting for professional services on a project-by-project basis without a full time equivalent on your staff.

Our fees are set with the following in mind:

• Each business is unique with its’ own special needs and expectations.
• Since no two projects are exactly the same, we calculate each quote on a case-by-case basis.
• Clients who retain RSC Solutions on a monthly basis for predetermined hours receive a discounted hourly rate.

Billing Options:

Hourly: If your needs are short-term or occasional, we are happy to bill on an hourly basis. Our hourly rate varies according to complexity of the project.

Retainer: Receiving support via retainer means that you retain a minimum of 10 hours per month of our services at a discounted rate. If we exceed 10 hours per month, the additional hours are billed at the same discounted rate. If you choose the retainer option, unused hours carry over for one month! We do not refund unused time, so we offer you the flexibility of using unused time in the following month.

Invoicing & Payments

Invoices are sent out on the 1st of every month for the prior month and payment is due upon receipt. The invoice will reflect an itemized detail of time spent on your project's. Additional fees, such as expenses accrued for courier, postage, special supplies or materials needed or bulk photo-copying, etc., are incurred on your behalf.

If we are doing a large project or retaining the services of an outside provider, i.e., printer, we request that a deposit of 25%-50% be paid prior to the start of the project. Receipts are provided with the invoice.

We accept business and cashier checks, or checks drawn through PayPal.com

Turnaround time is dependent upon our workload. We strive to complete all assignments within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends. For large or complex projects, we require a minimum of five business days. To ensure that your project is completed on time, please notify us of tight deadlines prior to work being commenced.

Rush, Weekend/Holiday Service

We want to accommodate our clients but please note that the following may apply to "Rush Service" which require 24 hours or less, weekend and/or holiday service. Clients are subject to a 25% surcharge. This fee is added to the final cost of the project.

Privacy

We will not discuss, disclose or communicate any of your personal or professional business clients, transactions, conversations or documentation with anyone, except those that we are required to within the context of conducting business, without your prior electronic or written consent.
