I first had the opportunity to work with Small Business Marketing Solutions on a
recruiting database three years ago. I was new in my role as Manager of Pharmacy
Human Resources for one of the nations largest supermarket and pharmacy
retailers. Staffing was at a critical point and I needed a way to manage some
50,000+ names of potential candidates and their related contact information.
After assessing my needs, Bob created a MS Access database that has allowed my
recruiters to source and screen potential candidates from all across the
country. This database has reduced hiring time and associated costs by tens of
thousands of dollars.

carving song birds since 1989. He lives with his family in the State of Maine.
